Connect BabyLoveGrowth to BigCommerce with a store hash and access token, then publish in one click.
The BigCommerce integration allows BabyLoveGrowth to automatically publish articles directly to your BigCommerce store blog. Once connected, every newly generated article will be published automatically (with 'live' or 'draft' status).

How to Connect BigCommerce
To begin, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to BigCommerce. Then follow the steps below.
What You Needv
- Store Hash (from your store URL)
- Access Token (from a Store-level API account)
- WebDAV URL, Username, and Password (from BigCommerce settings)
- Author name to show on published posts
1. Get Your Store Hashv
- Open your BigCommerce store URL
In the address bar, copy the part between
store-and.mybigcommerce.com
Example:https://store-mh5fua96uw.mybigcommerce.com/...
Store Hash:mh5fua96uw
2. Generate Your Access Tokenv
In BigCommerce, go to Settings (left sidebar)
Scroll down to the API section
Click Store-level API accounts
Click Create API account (top right)
Select token type V2/V3 API token
- Name the token (e.g., "BabyLoveGrowth")
Under Content, choose modify access
Save and copy the Access Token
Important: Copy the Access Token immediately. BigCommerce only shows it once.
3. Get Your WebDAV Credentialsv
In BigCommerce, go to Settings (left sidebar)
Scroll to Advanced and click File access (WebDAV)
Copy the following:
WebDAV Path (use this as WebDAV URL)
- WebDAV Username
- WebDAV Password
These credentials allow BabyLoveGrowth to upload images to your BigCommerce store.
4. Connect in BabyLoveGrowthv
In BabyLoveGrowth, open Integrations → BigCommerce
Enter your Store Hash and paste the Access Token
Enter WebDAV URL, WebDAV Username, and WebDAV Password
Set an Author name (any name to display on posts)
Select Publish Status:
Publish Immediately — Articles go live instantly
Draft — Articles are saved as drafts for you to review before going live
Click Save. When connected, you can publish from Content Plan
Publishing Articlesv
Go to Content Plan
- Open the article you want to publish
Click Publish
The article posts to BigCommerce with the status you selected.
Troubleshooting & FAQv
Invalid Store Hash?
Re-copy the value between store- and .mybigcommerce.com from your
store URL.
Token issues?
Regenerate the API account and ensure token type is V2/V3 and Content is set to modify.
Publish fails?
Confirm the integration shows Connected and the Access Token is active. Verify WebDAV credentials are correct.
Images not uploading?
Check your WebDAV credentials. WebDAV is required for uploading article images to BigCommerce.
What's the difference between V2/V3 and V1 API tokens?
Use V2/V3 API tokens as they provide the necessary access for blog content. V1 tokens are legacy and may not work.
Can I change the author name later?
Yes. Update the author name in the integration settings, and it will apply to future published articles.
Will articles go live immediately?
Only if you choose Publish Immediately. Choose Draft to review in BigCommerce before going live.
What if I regenerate my Access Token?
The old token will stop working immediately. Update the new token in BabyLoveGrowth to restore the connection.
