Get your Google Business Profile claimed, verified and filled out with the right primary category. Nothing else counts until this is done.

Set up Search Console and GA4, and connect the Claude MCP so every audit and report can run on your live data from day one.

Capture a baseline
Record where you start: rankings for your main searches, review count and rating, profile actions. In 100 days you'll want the before, not just the after.
