Reply to every review
Collecting reviews is half the job. Replying to them is the other half, and most businesses skip it. That's a mistake, because responses are a ranking and trust signal in their own right, and a public reply is often read by a hundred future customers, not just the one who wrote it.
Answer the good ones too
A quick, warm reply to a positive review, thanking them, naming the service you did, reinforces the relationship and slips a keyword into your listing naturally. It also shows every future reader that you're present and you care. Ten seconds, real payoff.
Turn the bad ones around
A negative review is a stage, and everyone deciding whether to hire you is watching how you handle it. Stay calm, take it offline, acknowledge, and offer to fix it. A measured reply to a harsh review often wins more trust than the five-star ones, because it shows how you behave when things go wrong.
Find reviews I haven't replied to, flag any negative ones needing a careful response, and draft replies that stay professional and work in the service naturally.
